Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using the aidaichien mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
The App allows you to browse and preview video files stored on your device and optionally upload selected videos to your personal YouTube account or files to your personal Google Drive account. All uploads to YouTube are set to Unlisted by default. Uploads occur only after explicit user action and consent.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content. You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, Google Drive's Terms, and applicable local laws when using the App. You are responsible for your account credentials and maintaining their confidentiality.
4. Data Privacy and Security
- The App does not store uploaded videos or files on our servers.
- OAuth tokens are used only in-session for API calls and are never retained on our servers.
- Callback URLs and authentication data are not saved or shared outside of the OAuth flow.
- The App does not access or share any data from your Google account other than what you explicitly authorize.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App and website content belong to AIDaichien. You retain ownership of any content you upload to YouTube or Google Drive.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDaichien is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or uploaded content.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App or your access to it at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
